So this scam has been going on for more than one year! I am also a victim of this hug scam!!! I wonder they continue to do this, and no one has done to stop this fraudulent act. I posted several complaints and this is when I saw the many people who have been fooled by this company. Not only that, I had skin break outs and yet they continue to send me products which I had not ordered, but apparently was charged from my credit card.

Rip off artists. Charge your card without permission, give you attitude over the phone. Really, the 17 dollar stuff at the drug store works better. Poor business practice.

I too have had problems with them-no refund and 19 days counting when they said within 14 days. Okay folks the way to stop the credit card charges is first dispute the charge with your credit card company, then cancel/close that credit card and have the company issue a new card/new number. When you take this action they cannot charge you as they will not have a valid card number! Beat these scoundrels at their own game!
They got real nasty with me on the phone-had the invoice in my hand and the rude girl kept calling me a liar about what the invoice said. It did NOT say anything about returning the products, period! The web site does but the invoice does not! AND the product sucks-it has made my roscea worse and done NOTHING for the wrinkles!! THIS APPEARS TO BE ONE HUGE SCAM!

All I was doing was signing on to online banking when Dermitage's add popped up under the bank's name. Long story short, I contacted BBB. Dermitage refunded my S&H and told BBB that I could keep the product. Now I received an email yesterday...Dermitage wants their damn product back or I might receive future shipments and be billed! Another thing when I first received the cream it came to me exactly on the 14 day!...isnt that weird?
