For those of you interested in this procedure, you should contact your insurance company and give them this procedure code:  19318-50  Diagnosis code is 611.1   You should ask if this is a &#039;covered benefit under my contract.&#039;   You should also ask if pre-authorization is required for outpatient surgery (most reductions are performed as outpatient). It is also wise to ask for the medical policy related to this procedure code be emailed or faxed to you.
